Paid Time Off
USPI recognizes the value of time off to attend to personal business and observes a Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, which applies to all full–time and part–time hourly non–exempt employees.
USPI observes seven (7) paid holidays per year.
We feel an individual who possesses a desire to continue their education, in addition to performing their full-time job, shows a commitment to improving themselves and their position within the company. To encourage and reward these individuals, USPI offers an Education Assistance benefit to all regular full–time employees with at least one (1) year of continuous service.
